how long it takes to take Roof rack off?

just received my 44!!
very very pleased about it~~ Silver
i have a roof rack with a bike rack fitted,
it takes my about half an hour to take half of it off
then i decide to give up and put it back as i dont want to take another hours later fit it back,
will it be practice makes perfect or it just takes forever?

I have a roof rack and box for my 44 and it takes about 30mins to put on, and about 10 mins to take off. Its quite simple to get the knack of it. Ive only used it twice (ive only had the car for a month) but its not that complicated at all.

A long time.

I bought a roof rack, Box and bike rack from a local car shop.
He was a nice bloke even fitted it for me Nice,

(bike rack went inside the car Box on top)

took the box off easy after me holidays but left roof rack on for the bike rack.

thats was ok till 2 months later I went to take the thing off 30 mis later still not got one side undone yet alone off, went in for cup of T then me and hubby had a go and 15 mins later all off.

so if at first you cant do it go for a cup of Tea!

The Smart one does have a bit of a knack to it! Practice will make it easire though.

Roofrack is great but does take time to put on. Biggest problem is when it rains as it always leaks as it effects the fit of the door seals
