  • Service Indicator -26 and counting

Still trying to change service indicator on our 44 Pulse, it was serviced by independant vendor and now shows how many days past it's first year.
Pressed buttons as described in another email but all we've managed to do is zero the trip unintentionally!
Swearing in European languages doesn't help.

speak to your local dealer - see if they will reset it, show them the service stamp. (they might charge though)

In retrospect, I suppose "supercalafragalisticexpialadocious" wasn't a great "safe word..."

this is how you do it for a roadster, might help:

          1. Switch on your ignition
          2. Within 4 seconds select the service indicator
          3. Switch off the ignition within 10 seconds
          4. Push the center button down on the top of the instrument cluster and switch ignition on
          5. Press and hold down the same button for another 10 seconds
          6. The display will then show the remaining distance to the next service.

            Hmmm,
            a) doubt it would be the smae as a roady (although worth a go)
            b) Not sure about posting that on the site.

Don't see the issue with posting info on a site, if people don't wish to pay for servicing and keep their warranty it is their choice.

Press left button until service indicater shows, keep button pressed and turn on ignition, after a few seconds indicater will reset to 14000.
Works on my forfour, should work for you too.
