Removing the rear bench ??

I have a four seater car but 99.99% of the time there's generally only 2 people ever travel about in my car at any one time.

I removed the spare wheel a few days ago & that obviously reduced the weight of the car by about 10kg.

Anyone know the weight of the rear bench seat? , has anyone taken it out & if so was it an easy job.

I would assume the rear bench weighs a fair bit which would reduce the weight of the car by a lot?

it's not like I would take out the rear seats for good but am interested in how the weight reduction would help the car in general?

Bl**dy heavy!!! We took them out to fit the twin face arm rest 2 days after we got the car! If you look at Badger Dave's How To... it should say how we did it!
