i know this is on the roadster thread but my for4 always starts in maual is there anything i can do so it statrs in auto like the roadster

maybe its just be being blonde but i thought all cars had to start in neutral, the forfours gear knob is completly different from the roadster, in the roadster the button on the side of the knob selects the gears where as the forfour you just have to push the knob to the left and depending how hard you push the knob you can chose whether u select manual or auto -

yeh i have both cars but just wondered if when i start the for4 it could start in auto first as mine always starts in manual and it racks me off
