I found out over the weekend that my car has the wrong rear lights! They're pulse/pure rear lenses (non tinted), where as my passion should have tinted lenses!!

Question is: Can I get DCUK to replace them under warranty? Cos I'm mightily p**sed off.

Might be pushing it for them to change them under warranty, but you never know, must watch out that your never left alone near my car, in case mine suddenly vanish lol

I just did, they asked me to bring it in for them to look at.

I'm gonna do just that... And have a go at them... If they're not accomodating.

All 2005 spec cars come with non tinted lights.

When I got mine as far as I remember the tinted ones were an option ( even on the passion .... which I have ) .... so I hope they will change them for ya hoagie ... but they might put up a fight so just be a pain in the a**e and stick to your guns ........:goodlk:

Hmmm! Mines a 55 passion with tinted but it is prob an 04 build, I never thought they were an option, I remember in the 2004 brochure at least they were standard on the passion, might be different for 2005 builds along with the bonnet grills!

i think this is going to be ANOTHER unanswered question to put with why do some forfours beep when locked even when all doors are shut

Mine has the tinted lights and is brand new - coz it is a 2004 model - so there are some advantages to me having the previous model on my brand new car!!! still want the rear parcel shelf though!!!
