  • K&n

I have been talking to the technicians at K&N about filters and cold air induction kits for the brabus 44 they are saying that the apollo universal kit should work with my car but have not had a brabus to test them with so I offered to lend them mine ...MNTF if it works wooooopeeeeeeeee.

It wont be a SBR performance increase but fairly close to 200 bhp....

    Re: K&n

good luck....... i know many czt owners who have tried these products only to get safe mode.

open your engine bay and look for the MAF sensor? not great

there are no probs with non-turbo models as induction system different

HKS are ment to be very very close to a quality induction kit for Brabus forfour

you cant compare forfour setup to smart fortwo setup.

10-15% is possible from a proper induction kit on the brabus engine.

My Punto GT turbo gained 18bhp after an induction kit installed

I actually dont rate K&N for cars in 2007........... 1999 was a different matter.

HKS, blitz etc....... have moved the induction progress much further on jap engines, reason why I am waiting for their development

Looks very space-age! Was it very dear?

[added a day or two later] I've found I can get one of these Apollo CAI kits for CAD$199 = £87.22. Is that about what you're paying in UK?

          Bil :sunny:
