Before the transformation....

The purchase was very much an impulse buy as I paid a visit to the dealer and decided there and then to buy it.
I didn’t inspect the car properly or even have a test drive. It just happened to be in a preferred colour combostream green with black tridon and that’s what mattered.


Not just a Pretty Face...

I had the car for 2months before doing my first modification…..the classic delipping of the air intake combined with a scoop.

This was to be the first of many mods (which I never intended to do when I bought the car!!).

The list of mods (as fitted) so far is as follows:

Smartclub scoop with delipped intake
K&N air filter
Michalak RS grille
SmartsRUs remap
Stubby aerial
Viper stripes …..
(fitted with great difficulty by myself!)
Chickenhead & Roadster badges
Kahn RSR 15” alloys
Brabus fuel cap cover
MS design copy front spoiler
Blindschleiche twin centre exit exhaust and valance
Smart-suits axle end caps,



The wish list?

There are a few other things I’d like to add to the car such as side skirts and a sparkly paint job but I might have to wait for those.....



2 years on, the car has now done 35000miles as I use the car everyday. Lil Monster and I also go to the major events and local meets.

We also went to Hambach in May to see the cars under construction…..a really worthwhile trip.
